Commission Fulfillment

Once you have received a confirmation email from James Lauren Beauty LLC, you will be provided instructions as to where to send your tapestry, wall hanging, or panel and to pay your commission deposit. 

We will only start work on your item once your tapestry, wall hanging, or panel is received AND your initial deposit has been paid.

Remember, this deposit is non-refundable. Because these are custom pieces, if you do not like your final quilt, you will need to ship the item back to us. Then, once we have the item back, we will refund the balance of the item excluding the deposit barring that there is zero damage to the piece.
